My third book of poems. 2011. Black Buzzard Press. The book blends what I think are four different styles/kinds of poems: some very short poems that I think of as psalms; some long lined poems (a la C.K.. Williams) that are more narrative in approach; some poems drawn from the Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations; and some typical free verse poems drawn from living in the country.
